I felt the process went far better than I honestly went in and expected. Once permits were completed the build finished in 5 months with very little issues. The superintendent helping me, Michael, was a terrific communicator, responded to phone calls and texts within the day… that’s all you can ask.

We are going through a 30 day pool start up process now where Michael is addressing a couple minor issues and already sent info relative to timeline for resolution. I’m happy overall, it’s a beautiful pool and was done within the timeframe we expected.

When selecting a contractor go with one that is responsive first and foremost … Presidential is that contractor that will do right by you in my experience since November dig.
