I would highly recommend anyone looking for pool work to give them a call! We are thrilled with the results of our recent pool construction project. During our search for a pool company to build a our dream pool, Presidential came highly recommended and for a good reason. The team was extremely professional, detailed, and followed-up on everything during the whole process. Our project manager, Michael Dillon is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pool construction and his attention to details were remarkable. He promised us a pool for the 4th of July and he delivered! The pool was done under the estimated time. We had a really great experience with Presidential Pools, and especially with our superintendent, Michael. From the beginning, it was clear they wanted to deliver a custom, high quality pool. It was a long process, but Michael communicated with us regularly throughout the entire build, and we were able to see consistent progress. If we noted any issues or concerns, Michael made sure they were resolved or at least explained without making us feel like an annoyance. Building a pool is both expensive and disruptive, so it was very comforting to have that reassurance and prompt, courteous, service throughout. Our end product is gorgeous, and we are in love! I felt the process went far better than I honestly went in and expected.  Once permits were completed the build finished in 5 months with very little issues.  The superintendent helping me, Michael, was a terrific communicator, responded to phone calls and texts within the day… that’s all you can ask.

We are going through a 30 day pool start up process now where Michael is addressing a couple minor issues and already sent info relative to timeline for resolution.  I’m happy overall, it’s a beautiful pool and was done within the timeframe we expected.

When selecting a contractor go with one that is responsive first and foremost … Presidential is that contractor that will do right by you in my experience since November dig.
